I got this about a month ago and I waited to use this for a few weeks before providing a review where I've truly used the product. I have this after a gym session. I throw in a scoop with a bit of vanilla almondmilk and a banana. It tastes great and mixes really well in a blender. It keeps me full for at least 3 hours until I need another meal. I've noticed that I'm less sore the day after a hard workout when I drink this within 30 minutes of working out. Leg day isn't as bad with a dose of this protein. I'm a medical student and I needed something that tastes great and keeps me full while I'm studying. This does both really well and meets my standards of what I would expect in protein powder.
