I recently began the second 21 day cycle. So far I have lost about 1.5% body fat and gained 3 lbs of muscle. I lift 5 to 6 days a week and considering I'm 52 and have been lifting since I was 15, I lift pretty heavy and can keep up with the youngsters. Now going into my second cycle I have noticed significant increase in strength. I will continue to use the product and am happy with the results so far. Like any type of test booster, the longer you take it, the better the results.
