White Grape is Ridiculous - Always been a grape fan, wasn't sure what White grape would taste like but it's really good kind of a sweeter taste with no after taste. On the the formula: I love that there are no prop blends again with this product, important to see what i'm taking in while using my other supps, I love that MT put Betaine in AminoBuild, that alone will keep it in my arsenal, the rest of the ingredients are more than adequately dosed.
Optimum is one of my favourite companies. The Protein is very fine so you will not get clumps of protein like you would with some cheaper companies and it also will be absorbed much quicker too. In terms of taste I think Chocolate Malt is very good, I have only tried Chocolate malt and Double rich Chocolate which are both good. If you are usually fussy about the taste I think should NOT get Double Rich Chocolate I found it a bit too rich, it wasn't great tasting but it wasn't a bad taste either...Go to Supplement Review
I saw great results so im giving this product a 9. Buuuttt in saying that i bought, the vanilla flavor and all i could taste was water....so if u dont like the plain taste i s****est u go for something else.
I got a chance to try some samples for the most part is a good product. I really had no appetite and never had cravings for food, definitely. I felt that I had a lil more energy and focus. My mood Was a lot better this week Idk if its from that but I really need to get a full bottle to see some results. good product!
By far my favorite protein! I mix it with almond milk and I am good to go! The taste is a little grainy but I am used to it. I don't eat much sugar or sweats so it taste good to me. I recommend this protein of you want to drink something healthier and better for you.
This protein blend tastes great in water and isn't too high in carbs or fat. I really enjoy it when I need to hit my protein macros and haven't eaten quite enough protein from 'food sources' on a particular day. Quite tasty, the only reason I didn't give it a 10 was because I would like to find something that tastes this good, but with a few less carbs (this has 7 grams per serving). Never really used Post workout supplements before. Glad i could stick to muscle tech. Simple to use their products and clear what is what. Feeling stronger than normal and pushing harder. Only down side is the lemon lime flavor, just doesnt sit well with my stomach when i drink it or after it settles, hope they can get some more popular flavors going like fruit punch or blue berry. The flavor is pretty great. i use this to mix with my Casein after my morning workout and it definitely helps the taste.
