Oct 22, 2009 3:59 pm: I am really disappointed with the LS7. I have not seen any positive affect at all and have in fact even felt sluggish and regained a few pounds (not muscle). I've plateaued and was looking for a little boost to continue my weight loss. Unfortunately, this product was not it for me. I've just seen the MX-LS7 has more positive feedback, I don't yet know if I'll want to gamble my cash to give it a try or not.
