Oct 25, 2009 11:10 am: Just had my first drink of Torrent. It is suppose to help with recovery after workout. Mix abilty is good Taste is good as well, i used only 1.5 scoops and the label said to use 3 scoops. But in theses days i have to make it streach. Not sure how to tell if it helps for after workout.
