Jun 23, 2009 7:04 am: The best tasting Intra-workout product that I've used! This stuff helps me kill my workouts in the gym. 20 ounces of water, 1 scoop and about 10 minutes in the freezer makes the perfect intra workout cocktail. I can really feel the beta-alanine tingles too.
