Jun 16, 2009 1:01 pm: I have tried so many multivitamins over my lifetime that really did not work or I did not tolerate well. After trying this for 3 days I noticed a difference and have not had any upset stomachs, headaches, gas, etc... Its hard to take so many pills at first but it is getting easier. With all the benefits that I get from this its well worth it. I think this will be my MVI for life.
