Oct 27, 2009 2:25 pm: I'm a very hard gainer (haven't gained a pound in the last year not uncommon tho for me) and even though they claim this will help I did not gain any weight, however i did see an increase in strength as well as overall body shape became more full. id have to give it a 7/10 as it did not deliver what it claims but it wasn't a complete waste.
