The taste is plesant and it isn't too sweet. Consistency of bar can be best descibed as soft yet chewy. The 20g of fiber give me a sensation of a satisfied appetite. I highly recomend to follow instructions and drink water with each Life Lift bar consumed. Overall, clean protein bar that can be enjoyed by anyone.

This bar is my obsession - soooo delicious!! It's soft and chewy and satisfies my sweet tooth! The best thing about this bar however is its nutritional profile, which can not be beat by any bar out there! 100% all natural, gluten free, 20g protein/ 20g fiber, less than 200 cals, and 90g of sodium or less! VPX has hit a homerun on this one!!!

White Grape is Ridiculous - Always been a grape fan, wasn't sure what White grape would taste like but it's really good kind of a sweeter taste with no after taste. On the the formula: I love that there are no prop blends again with this product, important to see what i'm taking in while using my other supps, I love that MT put Betaine in AminoBuild, that alone will keep it in my arsenal, the rest of the ingredients are more than adequately dosed.

Optimum is one of my favourite companies. The Protein is very fine so you will not get clumps of protein like you would with some cheaper companies and it also will be absorbed much quicker too. In terms of taste I think Chocolate Malt is very good, I have only tried Chocolate malt and Double rich Chocolate which are both good. If you are usually fussy about the taste I think should NOT get Double Rich Chocolate I found it a bit too rich, it wasn't great tasting but it wasn't a bad taste either... Go to Supplement Review

I saw great results so im giving this product a 9. Buuuttt in saying that i bought, the vanilla flavor and all i could taste was water....so if u dont like the plain taste i s****est u go for something else.
