Nov 24, 2009 2:39 pm: I like the low cholesterol of this protein compared to others given how much protein I take every day. The cookies n cream mixes well but the chocolate chunks make it a little hard to chug. The taste is a little bland so I use about half the water/milk recommended. Good protein for the price.
