Jul 2, 2009 8:08 am: This is truely the only product that has ever helped relieve my joint pain. I do get some joint soreness after heavy workouts but since I've started using this product my joints don't hurt for nearly the length of time that they used to. This product has also shown a marked ability to increase the strength of tendons and ligaments. Since I don't have an ACL in one of my kness and I can still do very heavy lifts without any injury, I do believe this product really does just that. I will keep using this product forever.
