Jul 2, 2009 8:16 am: Not an overly complicated pre-workout formula, just contains a few very effective ingredients in very effective amounts. One of these ingredients being beta-alanine which this product contains in pretty high doses as you feel a tingling sensation throughout your body after consuming it. Beta alanine of course plays a big role in soaking up ammonia and lactic acid to delay the onset of muscular fatigue while training. I have much greater strength and intensity when I take this product. It's small compact size makes it easy to carry around with you as this formula is very concentrated. I also like the fact that this product doesn't contain any fat promoting sugars in it. I would definately recommend this product.
