Nov 27, 2009 2:37 pm: WOW.... I just started with this and it is INSANE how much bang for your buck you get with a few scoops of this stuff. The first day I took one scoop and got a minimal boost, but after that I went up to 3 scoops and I was feeling like I could tear down a brick wall with my bare hands. It kept me pumped the entire workout and I was able to do the same weight but with better form, I also retained my focus and concentration like nothing I have ever taken before. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants an extra push, be it to conquer a weight goal or to get over a plateau... Jack3d is worth every penny and then some.
