Nov 6, 2009 9:49 pm: First the taste- I don't like Lemon Lime anything. But this is the best tasting Lemon-Lime drink. Way better than ABB. I felt the effects, on only one scoop, with in 15 minutes. It gave me a nice pump on my shoulder routine today and moderately increased the weight. I can't wait to see what two scoops will do.
