Goal: "15lbs overall muscle "To make bodybuilding my life..I'll never stop working out""
Goal: "I want to seduce boys."
Goal: "My goal is to maintain and manage my weight. I want to lose my belly fat and increase my muscle tone in the stomach area. I also want to become physically stronger and live a healthier life."
Goal: "Where do I sign up? I want to make the muscles!"
Goal: "I began this quest in Jan originally to lose fat, firm up the whole body. My 50th birthday was approaching and I just did not want to walk into that year over weight. I did good progress, not what I'd hoped but not all that bad either."
Goal: "Gain 20 lbs of rock hard muscle and dial it in for a show in august/september 2010"
Goal: "Gain 30+ pounds(depression) over the past year since leaving the Army. Hard dealing with the fact that I am just a normal person again,not a soldier and that I might never be in combat(KICKING ASS!) again fighting for our country."
