Oct 2, 2009 11:27 pm: Been slowly transforming my body and this is to help all the other beginners to body building supplements. Fazel Navel....not as good as twisted cherry. The smell of the fazel navel is odd so it creates an odd taste. Twisted is better. Also mixability is ok....but better is mixed with room temperature water and not cold water.
