Oct 7, 2009 9:06 am: I really love this protein powder. I have recently started on a weight loss/muscle gaining program. I am not your typical body builder client but everyone has to start somewhere. The flavor is great and it does taste like a milkshake. It is easy for me to blend up because I have a rocket blender. I scoop of mix, 6 ice cubes and 8 ounces of water and I am good to go! I drink one in the morning, one after workout and one as my afternoon pick me up. It is an easy way to add protein to my diet without any hassle. As the mom of 11 children the no hassle is a huge plus!
