Sep 4, 2009 1:08 pm: This product is okay, but the taste is not as I expected when mixed with water. However, when mixed with skim or whole milk the taste is so much better. It does mix very well and dissolves easily when shaken or mixed. I guess im just hooked on Syntha 6 as the best whey protein ever. But I was willing to try to see if there are any others. So basically its ok, but not the best, but it is far from being bad. I do recommend it, or maybe another flavor.
