Nov 2, 2009 6:41 pm: I'm usually pretty picky about taste and this one is decent. I don't have to force myself to drink it. I also like that it has a lot of stuff in there. I don't like taking 9 different things at a time. My stomach's kinda sensitive and I'm lactose intolerant. This one doesn't seem to bother me even though it's whey protein. Have had good results in my opinion. I started it at 133 lbs. and am currently 148 lbs. My bench has gone up from 140 to 170.
