May 13, 2009 9:26 pm: I decided to test this product out because well I had some money since it was around tax refund time. I did some research first to see what the proposed effects would be and make sure that nothing in terms of health side effects existed. Once that was over, I bought a bottle. I just finished the bottle and well, let's say it wasn't the greatest. I would have to say this is a waste of money. I ate right and worked out hard and I honestly do not think this benefited me at all. I also noticed that I was more prone to get sick while taking this, but this may not be correlated or cause and effect. However, I am wary to take this product again. Overall, 2/10.
