Professional Supplements Pure Karbolyn

Oct 10, 2009 12:30 pm: A friend suggested I take Karbolyn post workout, which I did. However, I switched things around. I take a half scoop as soon as I wake up, then a full scoop with Shotgun 30 minutes before lifting (so that's 1 1/2 scoops before I hit the gym). I also take another full scoop of Karbolyn with Xtend while lifting; I usually finish it off about 2/3 through my workout. Immediately after lifting, I drink a 700 calories weight gainer mix. So here's what I have experienced. My energy level and endurance are amazing, I can push out more reps, do more sets, etc.. I used to feel sick or even puke from lifting, but no more. So I spend more time focused on lifts. I've started to gain for the first time in over a year. I don't know if the Karbolyn is a 'miracle supplement' or not, but what I do think is that it makes it possible for me to keep pushing without fatigue or nausea.
