PrimaForce ZMA

Aug 6, 2009 10:48 pm: Despite the positives I've heard about ZMA helping with sleep, promoting hormone levels, etc... it did nothing for me. I tried it for 2 weeks, and the only night I noticed anything different was the first. Since then, I haven't been able to fall asleep as quickly when taking it as when I'm not. When I started taking ZMA, I stopped drinking my casein shake. (The calcium in casein slows the absorption of zinc.) I tried taking my casein shake an hour after taking the ZMA, I tried just taking the ZMA and putting on a movie, just to see if I felt drowsy. After the first night, ZMA did not do a thing for me. In fact, I used to have crazy dreams that people talk about having while on ZMA. While taking ZMA, these dreams stopped entirely, except for the very first night. I don't know why it only worked once, and I may try it again in a month or two to see if the effects change (and since I have a full bottle, why not?) After my initial experience however, I would only recommend that you try it for several nights before you buy it (free samples, friends who use it, etc..), otherwise I do not recommend it.
