Aug 16, 2009 11:00 am: Very good product to take year around in low dosage. 2 gels, twice a day right before a meal. I have noticed fat loss and the ability to cheat more during my meal week. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to keep that extra 2-3lbs off year around. Its good stuff. Not to mention the other good its beneficial for, search the forums or google it. Its not only good for fat burning or should I say carb distribution.
