This product is highly superior to all other proteins I've used, not just because of it's great taste, but also because of it's fast absorbtion, digestibility, and mixability! This is an ideal pre or post workout protein due to fast absorbtion and speed at which muscle building amino acids will reach peak levels in the blood stream. This also one of the few proteins that has never upset my stomach. I will give a confident recommendation for anyone to try this product!
