Optimum Platinum Hydrowhey
Oct 15, 2009 5:41 pm: Possibly the best FAST PROTEIN on the market. Taste: 10 Have never tried a better tasting hydrolyzed protein. I remember when hydrolyzed stuff first came on market, they were down right nasty. Not anymore. The taste is a creamy cocoa flavor, even in water. I don't drink milk with my shakes, so this is a very refreshing shake to drink. Ingredients: 10 Hydrolyzed isolates + bcaas, hard to beat that combo. Only 2 grams of carbs per 30 grams of protein. Very nice. I highly recommend this product to those looking for a great post-workout protein shake.
