Optimum Glucosamine Plus CSA Reviews

Jul 27, 2008 12:00 pm: I'd have to say it's sorta a pretty decent price... BUT With other brands such as Kirkland's Glucosamine Chrondoitin or GNC's Triflex with Sam-e, I used to simply take 1 tablet, that has roughly the same supplement facts and serving suggestion as 1 tablet of O.N.'s Glucosamine. At 1 tablet daily for the other brands, it would already suffice, but for Optimum, it takes 2 tablets. Maybe it's the worsening of condition... At this point, I'd prefer to stick to Optimum's Glucosamine rather than the good Glucosamine products from the overpriced GNC, and cause it's hard to find a decent source for Kirkland's over here in South East Asia. For some reason, still sticking to O.N.
