Oct 1, 2008 11:23 pm: i tried this supp way back in the days when i first started weight training. i just wanted to try something simple like creatine and no2. i got a pure no2 product. i've tried creatine before, and i liked the result a bit.. BUT it wasn't satisfying. i could honestly remember the first time i took it. it was a lot different than creatine. i had a better pump than the creatine, and more extra. let's say strength was there and i bumped up a few lbs and failure reps are around 8 reps, but i finish 10 reps with more extra pump to do more if i wanted to. size and strength was there. easy to swallow pills. don't know if it's me, but i think there is an after smell.. like when you yawn or burp. i followed the direction on the label, and i would recommend to stack it with a creatine product for a pre-workout supp. good enough to try out.
