Goal: "Lose 10-20 lbs of fat, gain 10-20 lbs of muscle and lift more. Be proud with my shirt off and in the bedroom. Fit in my clothes, many of which I'm just barely too large for (fat-wise). Avoid cancer/heart disease/joint problems early in life."
