Goal: "I actually want to lose fat and gain muscle. I'm not completely dumb to weight training, but since my nephew died in June I have found myself in an unhealthy rut and it's time I dug myself back out."
Goal: "I want to be stronger and more fit, because that is the only way really combat aging."
Goal: "Its pretty simple....I want to lose body fat and gain muscle."
Goal: "Sky is the limit! I've already reached my "physical" goals so what's left??? I can't ask for more, when what I have is more than enough..."
Goal: "I have a muscle atrophy disease that depletes my muscle over time. My goal is to build as much muscle as I can and tone the other parts of my body to slow the atrophy."
Goal: "I give myself 2 years to complete my goal of going from a size 16 to a size 3. I am only 4'10", so that's not an unrealistic size for me....Okay, now it's December, and I have lost about 38 lbs. I feel great and the aches and pains are gone."
Goal: "I want to put on muscle and lose fat. I want to have some abs."
