Mar 18, 2008 7:13 pm: I include one serving of this product as part of my daily regime to get in quality nutrients and health aids. I mix it with Crystal Light Orange and it taste fine (it is a little chunky). I cannot remember the last time that I was sick and I believe this product definitely plays a role in that.
