Aug 20, 2009 8:08 pm: This is amazing i use it pre work out and also pre cardio(boxing practice) and i have great results during both i have great muscle stamina and strength gains i dont feel the energy as strongly as something like no xplode but altho im not as energetic i am much more focused strong and have the stamina to life away two hours like its nothing i love this product and will recomend it to every one i know on monday i move my dose up to two scopes and see how that works out
