Aug 9, 2009 8:30 pm: How did you use it 5 days out from your comp. Say your comp was on saturday, did you use it monday-friday or tuesday-satruday

MuscleTech Hydrazide
May 23, 2009 7:51 am: Compared to similar products, I'd say this one feels more powerful and it works relatively fast (I could actually see more definition, striations and veins as I practiced my posing routine. It is definitely a great product for the athlete who's mostly losing a little more water weight (whether it's for a competition or just an overall defined look).
