Aug 20, 2009 8:01 am: This is the worst supp i have ever taken. I stopped using it after 4 days. I have used other creatines and had no problems, but this stuff made me ill!! I was so bloated on this, stomach cramps, and unreal diahrrea, to the point that i barely made it to the toilet. It would just come out of nowhere with no notice at all. This is the last product i will ever buy from muscletech!!!
