No water retention, body got tight, stayed tight and hard. Got strong. May be negative reviews from some but hey, EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT! What may work for me, may not for you. BUt this is my opinion ....YOU CAN DO WHATEVER THE F@%K....YOU WANNA DO!!!!!

Not sure about this one. I am a fan of muscletech and do get great results with thier products. However I did not experience much. I may have needed a second bottle for full effect but I didn't want to risk getting burned.

I've been taking Creakic religously for the past few years. I started out with the powder, but have been taking the pills for a year now since I just wash them down with a protein shake. They've always helped me put on mass, even when taking them by themselves. It's a solid product, the pills aren't too bad, and they don't leave a bad taste in your mouth. Definitely recommend these.

I have to admit I'm not at all a fan of muscletech items. Not only was I disappointed by paying a premium for this product but it simply does not work. I felt cheated because I was getting something premium to regular creatin monohydrate. After takeing this I'm commited to just take regular creatin monohydrate that works. My advice is don't waste your money on this crap.

I noticed some gains. It is batter then the previous Creakic hardcore. Not a bad product.

Creakic is my favourite creatine supplement, my body usually doesn't respond to creatine but i definitely saw results from this product. I felt that the number of reps i was able to perform in the gym increased and i felt more energized in the gym. Combine creakic with a solid clean diet and lots of water and you'll see amazing gains.

I personally got good gains using Creakic Hardcore by MuscleTech. I have to mention that I went ahead and tried this along with Leaukic Hardcore, Gakic Hardcore, Aplodan and Anator p70 and I am on my 4th and last week of the cycle. I went from 183 lbs to 194 lbs in 3 weeks with strength gains that range from 20-65 lbs depending on the muscle group and exercise and how spent I was by the time I got to a certain exercise while pre-exhausted etc.. But, I know of people that have done this same stack/products and got minimal gains. So, my advice is give the product a try and if it works for you great. Price wise, I think Creakic Hardcore is more affordable now than when it first came out.

Took a half a bottle because my brother and I were both taking it. After a moth I went from max bench of 175 to 195. I think this product works but is way over priced. If you got the money get it. Im switching to beast sports nutrtion creature. Same amount of pills for 40 dollars cheaper.

Not really anything amazing so not really worth the price. I'd put it on par with any other creatine I've tried so I would rather spend less on cheaper stuff. Helps to make some progress but not enough bang for the buck

I usually take this one every day. I feel my suscle something ease.

I have had very good luck taking this and other than high price I recommend this to everyone.

I went through a whole bottle, used as directed and didnt notice much of anything in the way of strength or size... strangely, during the week I stopped using it, i noticed increases in both of those catagories. For me creakic just doesnt compare to monohydrate. all these new forms of creatine are over hyped and under-perform.

Not the best but it does work. Take a half the recommended amount the first couple days. Let your stomach get use to it. I did see improvements after a month.

Not good for the price. I bought this back in July of 2009 (and just now rating). But the GNC guys have always been hoaxing me. This July day was the first time I ever went into a GNC to buy something and they just saw a young kid who wanted to hear the good news of a certain product. AWFUL IDEA!!! Spent about $50 b/c Creakic was the #1 supplement that summer (so they said) but it did very minimal for me. I used it and it did nothing at all from what I saw. MuscleTech's new studies are much more proven for the Muscle Tech Hardcore whey, but not the pills. I just bought the Muscle Tech stacker w/ Hardcore, Cell Tech, NaVAPOR, Na90X (amino acid pills), and the NO47 for ONLY $100 and I still have 3 lbs of ONs Pro Complex, but bad idea was to get these pills. At the time I had NO clue about body building supplements (but I was a Sr in HS) and now I know more than the fools that work at GNC.

I'd rate this a 10 if not for the high price, it works very well. But being on a very limited budget, I have to give it a 7, and plan on switching to a less costly option. So that is the bottom line, use it if you can afford to, and I have no problem with the taste of it, very mild tasting.
