I can't really "before/after" this product, but I like it because it's tasteless in my shakes and although I'm working out harder than I ever have I SEEM to be healing quickly.

I've used this product at different times at half doses (2.5), and sometimes at full dose(5g). This product was consumed before workout, occasionallyafter workout and before going to bed. Effects noticed: slight increased in energy and endurance during workout, longer sleeping times. Overpriced and overhyped. Taste rating: 6/10. Overall rating: 4/10

Started using this about 3 months ago. This is a great product. You can really tell a difference when your on glutamine, and when you're not. You really do recover faster, and retain your lean muscle A LOT better. Would definitely s****est if you're in your cutting cycle!

I bought this a couple weeks ago on an impulse. However now that ive done the research its a waste of your hard earned dollars. Glutamine is your bodys most abundant amio acids, it doesnt need more. If youre looking to build muscle look somewhere else. On top of that, glutamine is a precursor to glutamate which is an excitotoxin. In short this suppliment does nothing but destroy brain cells. Do Not Buy!!!

Glutamine does not make sense to buy, if you are on a diet with enough protein this stuff is useless. The only supplement that cuts down recovery time is steroids, please look elsewhere, and ignore anyone who says gluatmine works, even if its a big dude, hes just trying to sound unique by promoting it.

This stuff really works and have noticed a good recovery after hard workouts. It mixes well with Gatorade or just plain water.

Purchased 2 containers before reading on how ineffective glutamine is as an independent supplement, but I got to say, I worked out without taking it and taking it as well, to try it out (considering I already bought two **** containers), and I did experience a more restful, uninterrupted, deep sleep. I take 1 dose before bed, and 1/2 a scoop after workouts other than leg days. On leg days I take a whole serving after workout, and my recovery has been decent. MusclePharm get's the job done everytime, no doubt about it anymore!

No flavor, mixes well, I feel great but best thing I feel is that there is no chalky after taste that my previous brand of glutamine had.

This product has made a big difference in the recovery I feel after a workout. Plus I have had a great result with using 1/3 the recommended dose. I love that it's pure glutamine without any added flavor or sweeteners. It's completely tasteless in water. I also love the convenient packaging - it's the perfect size for traveling. I highly recommend this product.

Reduces my soreness extremely well and I've spent the last two weeks trying to see if I can find the point where this product stops working. No matter how heavy I lift, how long I toil, I can't beat it. My productivity in the gym is through the roof.
