After I come home from my 1 hour work commute, I need to take something that gives me the buzz to get through a strong 1.5 hour workout without having trouble sleeping at night. Muscle Pharm Assault is my perfect supplement! The Watermelon is tasty, I can drink it casually.
I?m 5?9? 200lbs and all I need is half a scoop on 12-13 oz water glass. I let it settle in for 10 minutes, warm up and stretch for 15, then I?m ready to do work!
