Jun 29, 2009 8:24 pm: To date, this is the strongest pre-workout product I've used. However, you have to follow the directions properly to get the most out of it. You absolutely want to take the product no sooner than 30 minutes after eating (45 minutes if a heavy meal). 1 serving has 30g of carbs so definitely consider making your meal preceding it lighter in the carbs. The stimulants will kick in probably within 10-15 minutes, but if you lift then you'll miss out. The best results I've had are when I start lifting 40 minutes after taking it. The energy never crashes, pumps are some of the fullest and hardest I've ever had, and you better be ready to sweat! Taste, admittedly, does leave room for improvement but those of us who're more old school have certainly choked down worse things.
