I also had a happy or proud feeling about myself while taking this product. The energy boost seemed to be continual throughout the day without any of the jitters. I have almost completed my 30 capsules and lost about 5 lbs while not having too much time to work out. On a more regiment work out, I'm sure I would have doubled that loss. Ordering another dosage right now. I will review again after I see the results when working out more often.
