When I first heard of citrulline it was easy to let the words go in one ear and out the other, until I actually gave it shot for myself. This is not a miracle supplement that gives you 10 lbs of new muscle in 10 days, but within a few days I started noticing I had better performance during my workouts. The lean mass gains were noticeable 5-6 weeks into the tub. Cit Mal became a staple supp for me even dosing a scoop everyday of the week working out or not.

First CM product I've tried. I stack it with ALLMAX Agmatine Sulfate and do receive great pumps. I've noticed increased endurance and lean muscle growth as well. I take the recommended dosage of 3g before training (6 days a week). I would take 4-6g (for maximum benefit) if the product was cheaper or was able to buy in a larger quantity. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice addition to their own pre-workout drink. I drink CM/AS separate from the rest of my PW drink due to the taste.
