Aug 27, 2009 3:02 pm: Great flavor, and can tell that it works. Was having a little stiffness in my knees while doing cardio after weight training. Then I bought this and started taking it sometimes before and sometimes after my workouts. No more stiffness, and not more popping in my knees! Great product!
