Oct 5, 2008 3:18 am: This product is an excellent method for controlling hunger. I used it combined with a calorie restricted diet to lose a few pounds. It certainly keeps your mind off of food. It also contains CLA, which reportedly helps reduce bodyfat, I certainly noticed the difference on my obliques and glutes- where my excess pounds generally collect. The only negative is that it contains natural caffeine so you can not take it later at night, which is generally the binging time I believe. This kick does help keep energy levels up even with the restriction on calories.
