Oct 6, 2009 10:10 am: Hi I am not 100% certain but I started taking this about 5 months ago within 3 weeks I did notice i started feeling better mentally. I take care of my mom who has parkinson's and I do not get a normal amount of sleep. That really affects my mood. I would say this product helped me but at the same time I started taking more B12 and zinc - magnesium so a bit hard to tell. I bought 2 more bottles so I would give it a try I'm 45.
