Higher Power Creatine Ethyl Ester
Aug 22, 2009 8:29 am: I'm so glad I tried this product. No loading, no cycling, no bloat! I felt the effects after 3 days. It's subtle, but muscles definitely have an extra bit of energy. Recovery seems to be a bit faster as well. I truly appreciate not getting all bloated while taking it. I'm a small woman so I only take 1/2 the recommended dose before and after workouts and after cardio on nonlifting days. There have been two very nice "side effects" that surprised me. First it has helped with IBS-C far better and easier than fiber. Second, it really diminished my ferocious menopausal hot flashes. Not a bad find! I highly recommend this product for anyone trying to build muscle. Just mix it with a drink, shake, or food. It's worth it.
