Heavy Sports Heavy Grip
Jan 13, 2009 8:04 am: I have most of the Heavy Sports Heavy Grips , the 200,250,300,350. The 300 and 350 I just recently ordered within the past month, I can almost close the 300 within coming like 1/4" from touching the handles and the 350 is inhuman. Its my goal to be able to do reps with the 300 in each hand and to be able to close the 350 for a single with each hand.I've noticed that my grip has improved and that I've added 3/8" to my forearms in the past 2 months from dedicated training. Its helped me in other areas of working out as well, like doing Pull Ups and Dumbbell Rows. I recommend Heavy Grips to anyone who works out, the hands are often the weakest link between you and the barbell/dumbbell and most people neglect hand strength. I can't believe how good training my hands has increased my results in other areas of workouts.
