Nov 4, 2009 11:31 am: This is my favorite creatine product! I take this as an intra-workout drink. It keeps me really energized while I lift and seriously helps muscle recovery. My soreness is much less noticeable when I am on Sizeon. The only problem that I can see is that when you take it as intra-workout drink, it does have a tendency to settle at the bottom of the shaker.
