Oct 6, 2009 3:17 pm: works just like the bottle says it should (which is kind of a surprize in todays world of marketing gimmicks)this stuff is the reall deal though, slept like a baby, woke up restful and ready to hit the gym. one huge perk was that there was no "zombie-like" feeling the next day like most OTC sleep aides...stop reading and PIITB already!
