Jul 17, 2008 10:48 pm: I took this supp. the exact way that it said and followed a pretty strict workout routine. After I was done with my cycle, I did not see any changes at all. The only thing I think this product did for me was helping me sleep a little bit better at night. So if sleep is what you want, take this HGH product. Other than that, I would not recommend this product at all.
