What an awesome product, taste, texture, solubility. I have experienced an increase in recover time after a month plus of using the product. I enjoy the chocolate mixed with fat free milk ( even with water it's great) and ice for a healthy treat that keeps me on track, its like having ice cream without being to sweet. I tried both flavors and was impressed with both. Both were at the top of my list tastewise out of all the proteins I have used before and they were only mixed in water. It mixed perfectly which I don't normally notice with a whey/casein blend proteins. Sometimes there's clumps here and there but not with this one. I didn't notice any bloating from the product as well. This is my protein choice. Can't go wrong with either flavor.

Firstly DON'T listen to what people say about its mixability.. although it wont fully dissolve into the water, it's not that big of a deal, as you can barley even tell it's there. The benefit however, is substantial! I saw results in size within the end of the second week on this creatine! And I know it wasn't from bloating because my arms still look cut, and lack that fat round bloated look which I hate! I like this product. Tastes good gives you a good pump. Helps you focus on the lift at hand.

Love this product! Has a smooth texture, not grainy. I mix mine in my Magic Bullet with unsweetend almond milk and ice. It is just the right sweetness. The flavor is amazing. 500x better than MP Combat.

Its nice seeing a product with BCAAs in it and not be a proprietary blend 2. has a nice profile including the L-carnitine and glutamine a couple of problems, had a strong chemical after taste, would dilute it in 20-30oz of water, and mixability was a bit of a problem always had grit at the bottom. profile far outweights the 2 cons

I was one of the beta-testers for this product. The Milk Chocolate Flavor tasted amazing! Definitely my favorite of the two flavors. The Vanilla Ice Cream Flavor tasted more like Vanilla Cake Batter to me, so I wasn't a huge fan of that flavor. Since I was only able to use it a few times, I can't tell you whether or not it had any significant effect on recovery/increase in strength. However, I can tell you that it mixed very well.
