EAS Myoplex Lite Reviews

Sep 29, 2009 9:28 pm: Loved the taste of this shake, nice smooth consistency and easy to mix with water. I used this heavily in 2007 - 2008 when training for a race. The shake was a perfect start to my morning and kept me full until lunch time. Mixes well with water too in a shaker so you will not always need blender and milk to make the chooclate taste great. Also liked Strawberry flavor, but chocolate is my fav!
