Sep 13, 2009 2:48 pm: I have only used this product once and it came highly recommended by many people I know in the health and fitness Industry.I have to admit I started on it too early because I was eager to lose that water.So it did help me drop excess water, but one week before my show I was the leanest and dry due to this product.Next time I will take it as the directions say and time it out on my calendar to insure the very best results.I would buy it again before my next photoshoot,
